Custom Orders

We of the Wild create custom orders on current designs, and cannot manufacture personal one of a kind pieces at this time.

Our studio is in a rural location. As a small business, we appreciate your patience as we do our best to rapidly accommodate your hand made order.

Bespoke creations can be viewed in the TINK section. These items aren not available for long and are mostly one of a kind.

We are capable of manufacturing custom orders outside of our sized options. Contact us directly to ensure the nature of your order and the completion timeframes are suitable for you. All custom requests are subject to availability of materials and a 50% non refundable deposit is required.

Production & processing time estimates

    • READY TO SHIP / ONE OF A KIND PIECES (‘TINK’): 7-9 days
    • MADE TO ORDER: 42-56 days
    • CUSTOM ORDERS / REPAIRS: 30-90 days​

You will need to allow up to 6 weeks for delivery depending upon your location.

Creating our unique handmade items requires flexibility and understanding. Your patience is deeply appreciated as we create your hand made item.

Feel free to query wait times prior to purchase. Ready to Ship items are available for faster shipment.

Customized creations to your size specifications are crafted within the We of the Wild studio especially for you, therefore these items are final sale and not able to be returned if you change your mind.

Any changes or adjustments to orders must be made within 24 hours of placing your order, before the order goes into production. Should you require further changes and adjustments, it may come at an extra cost.

Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped Monday & Friday every week.

All orders placed after 12:00 pm AEST on Thursday shall be processed the following Monday.

Purchases include AusPOST tracking and/or Shipping Confirmation which will be sent via email provided at checkout. Once you receive your tracking details, please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to update while we carefully pack up your order. We are a small team and appreciate your consideration as we take the time to ensure your creation arrives safe and sound.

Domestic: Postage is registered with AusPOST and includes tracking information within Australia. Express or regular postage options are available at checkout.

International: If you wish to purchase tracking for an international package, please contact me via email so I we can research the additional fee based upon your location.

Insurance & Liability: We offer optional insurance for the full value of your parcel. Insuring your package is up to you but is always recommended. You may add this service anytime your piece is in production by emailing me.

Address Changes: Please ensure your shipping address is current and trusted when submitting your order. Submitting address changes post order is not recommended as these details are immediately sent to our shipping host for fulfilment. We cannot be held responsible for shipments made to old addresses or errors resulting in misinformation at checkout.
