    :>> Items that have been used/worn will not be accepted for return or exchange.
    :>> Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
      :>> We will not accept any return or exchange requests on items already in production due to change of mind.
        :>> Sale or are custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
          :>> Items will only be assessed for a refund if found to be faulty at the discretion of We of the Wild.
            :>> We reserve the right to refuse any requests deemed unreasonable.

          Please email info@weofthewild.com with any return or exchange requests. Include your order number, the purchaser’s full name and a brief description of your request.

          We of the Wild is not liable for parcels that become lost in transit.

          Once the parcel leaves the studio it is the responsibility of Australia Post. Any issues that arise in the delivery of a parcel should be taken up with Australia Post.

          Refunds will not be issued for parcels lost in transit, so please ensure you submit your current address.

Faults & damages

If you feel there is something wrong with your order, please take photos and contact us at info@weofthewild.com within 3 days of receipt of delivery.

These photos will be inspected and if deemed faulty you will be asked to return the item back to We of the Wild and the item will be repaired or replaced free of charge. If this is not possible a store credit in the form of a personalised code will be offered or a refund provided at our discretion. QUALITY ASSURANCE, due to the value of our creations, is documented prior to dispatch via date stamped photographs for your piece of mind.

Sale items & custom orders

Items that have been custom made or made to order will not be eligible for exchange or refund under any circumstances unless defective.

If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order, your payment will be refunded in full, honoring the original payment method used at checkout.

All changes to orders must be made within 24 hours of placing your order and prior to the order going into production.
